Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are introducing a new ‘Facetime’ or ‘Whatsapp’ video call shopping service.

Book your 30 minute slot and ready yourself for a new shopping experience from the comfort of your home.

Once the call is complete we will collate your order for collection from the Nursery (free) or Local Delivery (charges apply depending on postcode).

Book your telephone appointment online - £10.00 per booking.

PLEASE NOTE - tickets are non-refundable but if you spend over £100.00 during the video call your booking charge of £10.00 will be refunded against the value of your till transaction.

The telephone appointment will be held with a member of the Stubbings team walking round the Nursery taking your instructions.

Consider creating a shopping list in advance of the appointment to make best use of the time.  Think about Christmas tree varieties (see our Christmas Tree Guide), tree stands, Christmas tree lights, home and tree decorations, any gardening gifts for loved ones, any winter fuel for your open fire or wood burning stove, etc.   

Please note –

We will call you on the telephone number disclosed.  If you do not answer we will continue to try calling for the first 10 minutes. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable connection / bandwidth for the call.

The bookings are very time sensitive, 30 minutes is the maximum call/booking length. As we will be handling back to back bookings we are not able to overrun.  

Once your call has ended we will collate your order and call you back for payment.  At this time we will arrange any further details such as a suitable date for collection from the Nursery, or to schedule a local delivery.

Please do fully answer the ‘more information’ section on the ticketing platform as this will steer our call to the right areas of the Nursery and will shape any advice given.
